Always install on a flat, stable surface. Use all grommet holes to evenly distribute tension. For outdoor use, secure with bungee cords, zip ties, or strong rope. Avoid using staples or nails directly into the banner material. Hang taut, but not overly stretched, to prevent tearing. Weather Considerations: Take down or reinforce banners during high winds, storms, or freezing temperatures. Avoid placing banners near sharp edges or abrasive surfaces. Wind slits may be needed for large outdoor banners. 🧼 Care Instructions: Clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals. Store rolled (not folded) in a dry, cool place when not in use. Do not machine wash or dry.

Improper installation or hanging. Exposure to severe weather conditions. Misuse or neglect. Failure to follow the provided care and installation guidelines. Please ensure banners are securely fastened and regularly monitored, especially during windy or stormy conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy (Custom Banners):
All custom banners are made to order based on the specifications, design, and size selected at checkout. As such, all banner sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started. Please review your design, spelling, colors, and dimensions carefully before placing your order. Titan Graphics Studios is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the design or proofing process. If your banner arrives damaged during shipping or contains a production error that was our fault, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or issue for review. If eligible, we will offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion. We do not offer refunds or replacements for: Customer-provided errors (e.g., typos, incorrect sizes, wrong file uploads). Improper installation or use. Normal wear and tear. Slight color variations due to screen differences vs. printed output.
